From this, the film was nominated for six Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best supporting Actor and Best supporting actress. The film gained a very positive reaction and reviews and Osment in particular was singled out for his acting.

The Film stars Hollywood Favourite Leonardo DiCaprio as a professional thief who steals information by entering the subconscious and is offered a chance to have his criminal history erased as payment for a task seemingly-impossible: "inception". "Inception" is he implantation of another person's idea into a target's subconscious.Inception has grossed over $800 million worldwide. Inception appeared on over 273 critics' lists of the top ten films of 2010, being picked as No.1 on 55 of those lists. The Film also won many awards such as Academy Awards for Best cinematography.
